Developed in collaboration with dermatologists, the CeraVe Hydrocortisone Anti-Itch Cream is formulated to provide temporary relief from itching associated with minor skin irritations, insect bites, and sunburn. The key ingredient in this product is Pramoxine Hydrochloride 1%, which offers long-lasting, temporary itch relief.
This maximum-strength anti-itch cream contains three essential ceramides that help repair and restore the skin's natural barrier, all within an emollient-based formula with a rich, velvety texture. The product is fragrance-free and has been accepted by the National Eczema Association.
The maximum-strength 1% Hydrocortisone in this cream, which can be obtained without a prescription, provides temporary itch relief for extra dry skin, eczema-prone skin, and minor skin irritations and rashes. The addition of Hyaluronic Acid helps to attract hydration to the skin's surface and maintain its natural moisture, while Niacinamide helps to calm the skin.
Designed to be gentle on the skin, the CeraVe Hydrocortisone Anti-Itch Cream holds the National Eczema Association's Seal of Acceptance and is fragrance-free, non-irritating, and non-comedogenic. The product is formulated with three essential ceramides (1, 3, and 6-II) that make up 50% of the lipids in the skin barrier, helping to restore and maintain the skin's natural barrier.
